Terms of Use.

1. Acceptance

By inviting, configuring, or using Tiko, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you use Tiko on behalf of a Discord server, you confirm that you have permission to add and configure bots for that server.

2. Discord rules also apply

Tiko operates on Discord and depends on Discord's platform. Your use of Tiko must also comply with Discord's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Developer Terms, Developer Policy, and any other Discord rules that apply to bots and applications.

3. What Tiko provides

Tiko provides community features such as leveling, XP, rewards, economy systems, jobs, welcome messages, revive sessions, drops, leaderboards, farming, fishing, mining, shops, and admin setup tools. Features may change, be added, be removed, or be limited over time.

4. Server owner responsibilities

• Only invite Tiko to servers where you have permission to do so.
• Configure Tiko in a way that follows Discord rules and your own community rules.
• Do not use Tiko to harass, spam, deceive, exploit, or harm users or communities.
• Review role hierarchy and permissions before enabling role, reward, and moderation-adjacent features.

5. Fair use and abuse

You may not abuse Tiko, attempt to break or overload it, exploit bugs, automate reward farming, bypass cooldowns, sell access in a misleading way, or use the bot for unlawful or harmful activity. We may limit, suspend, or remove access for servers or users that abuse the service.

6. Premium and launch offers

The "Free Tiko Premium for 3 years" launch offer is intended for the first 1,000 eligible servers that add Tiko, subject to availability, technical limits, anti-abuse checks, and continued compliance with these terms. The offer may be modified, paused, or withdrawn if needed to protect Tiko, users, or the platform.

7. Availability

Tiko is provided as-is. We try to keep the bot useful and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, permanent feature availability, or specific reward outcomes.

8. Content and data

Tiko may process Discord data needed to provide its features. How data is handled is explained in the Privacy Policy. You remain responsible for the content and activity in your own server.

9. Changes

These terms may be updated as Tiko changes. When we make meaningful updates, we will update this page and may announce changes through the Tiko Discord server.
