Privacy Policy.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to Tiko, the Tiko.gg website, and related support or documentation. Discord's own privacy policy also applies to your use of Discord itself.

2. Data Tiko may process

Depending on which features are enabled in a server, Tiko may process or store limited Discord-related data needed to provide the bot:

• Discord user IDs, usernames, server IDs, channel IDs, role IDs, and message IDs.
• XP, levels, economy balances, inventory items, quests, streaks, cooldowns, jobs, and leaderboard data.
• Server configuration such as welcome channels, revive roles, level roles, spam/no-XP channels, reward channels, and embed settings.
• Event data needed for features such as welcomes, revive sessions, drops, AFK role restore, farming, fishing, mining, and trading.
• Support information you voluntarily provide in the Tiko Discord server or other support channels.

3. Message content

Tiko may need to process Discord message events to award XP, detect activity, run drops, count quest progress, or handle commands. Tiko uses message content only where necessary for enabled bot functionality and does not use Discord message content to train AI or machine learning models.

4. Why data is used

• To provide Tiko features requested by users or configured by server admins.
• To save server settings and user progress.
• To prevent abuse, enforce cooldowns, troubleshoot issues, and keep the bot reliable.
• To respond to support requests and maintain the website and documentation.

5. Data sharing

Tiko does not sell personal data. Data may be processed through hosting, database, logging, or infrastructure providers needed to operate the bot and website. Data may also be disclosed if required to comply with law, enforce these terms, protect users, or respond to valid platform or security requests.

6. Retention

Tiko keeps data only as long as reasonably needed to provide features, maintain server configuration, resolve support issues, prevent abuse, or meet legal and operational needs. Some data may be deleted or reset when Tiko leaves a server, when a server admin requests deletion, or when data is no longer needed.

7. Your choices

• Server admins can remove Tiko from a server to stop new server data processing.
• Admins can disable or change many features using setup and removal commands listed in the wiki.
• Users and admins can request help with data deletion or access questions through the Tiko Discord server.
• Discord users can also manage authorized apps and privacy controls directly in Discord.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data. No online service can be guaranteed perfectly secure, so server owners should grant only the permissions Tiko needs and report suspected security issues quickly.

9. Children and age limits

Tiko is intended for Discord users who are allowed to use Discord under Discord's own age rules and local laws. Server owners are responsible for running communities appropriate for their members.

10. Changes and contact

This policy may be updated as Tiko changes. Questions, privacy requests, or deletion requests can be raised through the Tiko Discord server.
